Pitchgle Cancellation
and Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy, but in some cases, a refund is possible. We try our best to offer quality service from the moment you place your order. But if you decide to cancel, here’s how the refund process works:

Cancel within 3 days (excluding Sunday): You will get 60% of the total amount back. We keep 40% as a cancellation fee to cover the work that has already started.

Cancel between the 4th and 7th day (excluding Sunday): You will receive 50% of the total amount back. The other 50% will be kept as a cancellation charge.

After the 7th day: No refund will be given, as most of the work is already done by then.
Refunds are processed from the project's start date, based on the aforementioned cancellation periods.
To cancel, just send an email to contact@pitchgle.com with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
If your request meets the conditions above, we’ll start the refund process. Refunds are usually sent to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
